By Subway:
Take the Red Line Metro to the Tenleytown – American University stop. Walk one block north up Wisconsin Avenue to Brandywine Street. Turn right. We are in the Sport & Health Club. The club will be on the left hand side of the street. Please go to the desk and tell them you are there to watch karate class. They will tell you where to find us. We usually train in one of the two large aerobics rooms on the main floor of the club.


By Car:
From DC: Going northbound on Wisconsin Avenue NW pass through Tenley Circle at Nebraska Avenue. Continue to the second stoplight which is Brandywine St. NW. There is a CVS on the corner. Turn right. We are in the Sport & Health Club. The club will be on the left hand side of the street. There is on-street parking. Please go to the desk and tell them you are there to watch karate class. They will tell you where to find us. We usually train in one of the two large aerobics rooms on the main floor of the club.

From 495: Take the Wisconsin Avenue exit and head south in the direction of Washington. You will go through Bethesda, Maryland and cross into Washington DC at Western Avenue. There will be the Mazza Gallery shopping mall on your right. Continue south on Wisconsin Avenue for about another mile and a half. The next main intersetction after passing Martens Volvo & Volkwagon car dealership on your right be Brandywine street. Turn left. The club will be on the left hand side of the street. There is on-street parking. Please go to the desk and tell them you are there to watch karate class. They will tell you where to find us. From 495 & River Road: Take River Road into Washington DC and continue to the end where River Road meets Wisconsin Avenue. Go left (north) on Wisconsin one block to Brandywine street. Turn right. The club will be on the left hand side of the street. There is on-street parking. Please go to the desk and tell them you are there to watch karate class. They will tell you where to find us.
